A watchlist usually grows until it is useless: two hundred titles and no way to choose between them. In Filmtally the watchlist is where the loop starts, not where films go to be forgotten.

Everything you save feeds tonight's pick and your Watch together decks, and every film shows where it streams. When you want to choose yourself, filters and Pick one for me get you from a long list to one film.

    Add a film from search, a curated list, a recommendation, a friend's message or any movie page. It is on your list everywhere, on your phone and your laptop.

  2. Filter to what fits tonight

    Filter by genre, length (under 90 minutes, 90 to 120, over two hours), TMDB rating, date added, or only films on your services. Sort by runtime, rating, year or title.

    Still stuck? Pick one for me chooses a random film from your filtered list. Not that one? Tap Another.

    Your watchlist is where tonight's pick starts and what Watch together decks are built from. Filmtally also tells you in the app when a saved film arrives on one of your services.

Questions before you start

Can I filter my watchlist by streaming service?

Yes. Set your country and services once, then switch on On my services to see only films you can watch right now.

Will it tell me when a film becomes available?

Filmtally checks watchlisted films every night and leaves a notification in the app when one arrives on one of your services, or when an upcoming film is out.

Can other people see my watchlist?

Your friends can. Anyone else only sees it if you switch on a public watchlist in settings, which is off by default.

Is Filmtally free?

Yes. Sign in with Google, no credit card.
